❓Does Brazilian waxing hurt?
It can feel a little uncomfortable but everyone’s different!
Some say it barely hurts, others feel it more.
The good news? With our gentle wax and technique, most clients say it’s way easier than they expected.
You’ll be talked through everything and kept comfy.

❓Can I wax while pregnant?
Yes! As long as your doctor says it’s okay, you can wax all the way up to delivery.
❓How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
• You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance (example: if your appointment is at 1 PM, cancel by 1 PM the day before).
• Go to your email confirmation, scroll to the bottom, click “Change/Cancel”, then hit “Reschedule” on the next screen.

❓How do I prep for a Brazilian wax?
• Exfoliate the area 1–2 days before your wax (use a scrub, glove, or something textured).
• Wear comfy clothes to your appointment.
• You can take a pain reliever if you’d like totally your call! Everyone’s different.

❓Can I wax while on my period?
• Yes! Just use a clean tampon or menstrual cup.
• If you’re not comfortable, no worries — just cancel ahead of time.
• Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) will still be charged or forfeit the deposit.

❓What if I want to add or remove a service?
• Want to switch things up? Just text me at 301-532-5576.
• If adding a service, I’ll let you know if there’s time. Sometimes I have someone booked right after you.
• To remove a service, please do it at least 24 hours ahead to avoid fees — that time was saved just for you!

❓What happens if I’m late?
• You get a 5-minute grace period.
• Text 301-532-5576 to let me know of your delay and estimated arrival time. I may be able to still service you
• If you’re too late, I may not be able to take you (especially if someone’s booked after you).
• If you miss part of your service, you’re still responsible for the full amount of what you booked.
• In some cases, you’ll need to reschedule and a new deposit may be required.
❓What if you’re late to my appointment?
If your wax specialist is ever more than 10 minutes late, you’ll receive a credit in the form of a gift card to use on your next service.
We respect your time, fair is fair!
❓Is there a deposit to book?
Yes! A $35 deposit is required to hold your spot.
It goes toward your service.
If you cancel or reschedule last minute, the deposit is non-refundable but no extra fees!

❓How much hair do I need to wax?
Hair should be as long as a grain of rice:
• 2–3 weeks of growth after shaving or Nair
• 4–6 weeks after your last wax
If it’s too short, a few hairs might stay but with regular waxing, we’ll get it smooth!
